REDPay Back Office
REDPay is available as our back office system for recruitment agencies and is a
reliable and user-friendly package which has been designed and updated to
provide all the requirements of back office accounts.

The system can integrate with ABSOLVER II for the transfer of new and amended
clients, applicants, timesheets and placements or can be operated as a stand
alone back office system. It has export links to accounting systems such as Sage
Line 50 for full sales and nominal ledger integration. The system is fully multi-
office and has options for multi-company and multi-user.
The payroll system caters for PAYE, CIS holders, Umberella and Limited company
employees, and provides a complete temporaries payroll system including audit
trail reports, printed or emailed payslips/remttances and links to BACS
software.
The system produces printed or emailed invoices along with a sales ledger
daybook, and then links to an external sales ledger to transfer invoices and
payroll totals.
The REDPay system includes a full range of payroll reporting, including PAYE
analysis, margin reporting by temporary and client, temporary consultant
commission reporting, as well as full client and temporary archived timesheet
enquires.
The system links to HMRC for RTI transmission, along with the production of the
relevant Intermediaries reporting for non-PAYE employees. It also allows both
single and automatic P45 production.
