After Sales When a customers subscribes to Absolver II we want it to be the beginning of long term relationship. We like to think of our Account Managers as the people who represent you, our Customer, to RED RABBIT and represent RED RABBIT to our Customer.  Your Account Manager will keep in contact with you on a regular basis to let you know what we are doing and to keep pace with the development of your business. We believe that in order to provide the level of service we want to, we must know how our customers feel about us, warts and all. We actively encourage all our customers to tell us if they have concerns or problems and of course we want to know when we are doing a good job. ABSOLVER II customers can be confident that should their software needs change, RED RABBIT has a range of products that will develop with them. Should a customer wish to move to a more scalable or feature rich system, there are various migration options available to help with the change, and of course, any customers undertaking migrations from ABSOLVER II to another RED RABBIT product will have their data transfer without charge!
