Fast, efficient and simple Recruitment Absolver II is a system that allows consultants to recruit effectively for permanent and temporary positions. There are 4 main record databases for managing Candidates, Clients, Jobs and Contracts/Bookings. Each of these can easily be selected at any time from an icon at the top of the screen. All records are accessed via the same intuitive tab structure. The consistency in layout means that it is simple to navigate any record or database. Other Key features include: Comprehensive record search. Consultant Diary for the management of daily activities. Fast and effective document production via templates for email, letters and SMS. Management reporting for consultant activity and job and booking information. CV Import module used to create Candidates database records from Word CV's in Outlook or the file system. Optional Modules WebSync module used for exporting job information to Websites. Payroll integration module for exporting Clients, Temporary and Timesheet data for Payroll systems.
